Your Brain, Your Future: What Every Woman Needs to Know About Brain Health

Thursday, Nov. 12 at 8 p.m. ET

Presented by Mickal Lewis, Eta Omicron–Sam Houston State University

Dementia isn't inevitable, and brain health isn't just a concern for older adults. Research now shows that the habits we build across our entire adult lives have a direct impact on our cognitive future. This webinar will focus on the Alzheimer's Association's 10 Healthy Habits for Your Brain, a science-backed, accessible framework covering physical activity, heart health, sleep, nutrition, sleeping well and more.

The strategies shared are realistic for all life stages—whether you’re a college student balancing classes and sorority responsibilities, an alumna managing a demanding career, a new mom navigating sleep deprivation, or a daughter overseeing care for an aging parent. Brain health belongs to every stage of womanhood, and so does this conversation.
